Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Elina Gayrimenkul (Elif Dereli Özbek, Bakırköy, İstanbul), acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

When you use the forms on our website, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, message content, and information about the listing you are interested in (listing number/title).

Your personal data is collected through the contact form, the listing inquiry form, the seller/valuation request form, and the newsletter subscription form, submitted directly by you in electronic form.

Your personal data is processed to respond to your request or question, to provide real estate purchase, sale, and rental consultancy services, to send you relevant listings, and — with your explicit consent — to send you our newsletter and market updates.

Your personal data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2, on the basis of your explicit consent, direct connection to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing, subject to statutory limitation periods, for a reasonable time after your request is resolved; it is then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Your personal data may be shared, to the extent strictly necessary for providing the service and in accordance with KVKK requirements, with the hosting and database service providers used to operate our website, whether located in Turkey or abroad. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; request that any correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred; object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis; and request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
